The ignITe Hub hosts a monthly Future of Tech Lunch & Learn Series. Each month, we will have a cutting-edge guest speaker to explore an innovative area in the world of technology. Topics will range from BioTech to Entertainment Technology and beyond. We will learn from notable industry experts about a specific type of technology, how this technology is being used to solve a community problem and what are unique career pathways related to this field. Dr. Tracey Smith-Bryant is an accomplished educator, administrator, and advocate who fosters personal and professional growth through innovative programs and initiatives. Holding a Ph.D. in Psychology from Howard University, Dr. Smith-Bryant combines academic expertise with practical experience to create impactful change in education and leadership. Currently serving as a Student Affairs Director at Montgomery College, Dr. Smith-Bryant has spearheaded transformative programs, including developing a mentorship initiative that uplifts and empowers students to achieve their full potential.
A graduate of the prestigious LEADERS Institute of the American Association of Women in Community Colleges and Emerging Leaders alum of Leadership Montgomery, Dr. Smith-Bryant has honed her ability to lead purposefully, inspire others, and implement sustainable change. Through these experiences, she has gained a deeper understanding of the importance of community engagement, collaboration, and resilience in leadership.
