With over 20 years of experience spanning organizational development, HR transformation leadership at Fortune 500 companies, and executive coaching, Sherri understands both corporate transformation dynamics and the analytical professionals who drive sustainable change. This dual perspective isn’t accidental: it reflects her belief that the best consulting emerges from active practice, not distance from it.
