AI in Project Management

This workshop will cover the latest techniques on how Artificial Intelligence can be used by project managers to improve the likelihood of project success. The Project Management Institute (PMI), the association of project managers, has identified a process for utilizing this technology for project success. The participants will review PMI’s process and leave with tips for how to utilize the best prompts to maximize AI effectiveness in the project environment.
